Hoje mostro-lhes um cartão feito com uma flor reciclada. É feita de tecido e foi recortada de uma velha blusa que eu já não usava. Como havia partes da blusa que já estavam um pouco gastas, decidi que não ia dá-la. Recortei-a pelas costuras e aproveitei os botões. De um pedaço cortei três círculos que depois passei ao de leve pelo fogo de uma vela (cuidado para não queimar o tecido e os dedos) para lhe dar aquele efeito encolhido. Uni as três partes com um atache.

Today the focal point of my card involves recycling. Yes, the flower was recycled from an old blouse I no longer wear. As I was not going to give it to anyboby because it was all worn out, I cut it in pieces, kept the bottons and took a little bit to make my flower. I did it with three circles of cloth which I lightly "burnt" with a candle (be careful not to burn yourself or ruin the cloth). Then I attached them with a brad and here you are! Making something new from something old!
