O desafio proposto, para esta quinzena, pela Sue, é criar algo com o tema
"Estrelas e riscas"
Se eu fosse Americana, isso levar-me-ia para algo relacionado com a celebração do 4 de julho.
Mas não é o caso e, por isso, decidi usar as riscas no papel para decorar uma caixa para um bloco de notas adesivas. As estrelas estão lá para decoração.

Stars and Stripes
If I were American I'd probably be celebrating the 4th of july and my project would certainly reflect that, but I'm not. So, I've decided to use the stripes on the paper to decorate a sticky note holder. The stars were used just for decoration, as you can see.
Para o caso de quererem fazer uma caixinha assim, aqui fica o esquema com as medidas, tendo em conta que um bloco de notas adesivas mede cerca de 7,5 x 7,5 cm.
Here are the measurements of the paper for the sticky note box, just in case you want to make your own. It's in cm rather than in inches, but here are measurements if you feel more comfortable with that:
Paper piece size: 9" x 4"
Scores on the 9" side: 3 1/8", 3 5/8", 6 3/4" and 7 1/4"
Scores on the 4" side: 1/2" on both sides
Here's how it looks after the necessary cuts.
